Illustration Friday - Hybrid
So my friend Gay McKinnon at Silvergum Studio must of sparked a little idea in my head after my Rowboat Robot so this week I am playing with words again. Three attempts at baking bread in a stainless steel milkshake maker cup and I have made my Hybrid High Bread!! Great with butter and jam!!
I love that you baked bread in the milkshake maker! It comes our an interesting shape and the little ladder is hilarious. :)
ReplyDeleteBread in a milkshake maker who knew! That certainly is a hybrid :) Did you have circular sandwiches? :)
ReplyDeleteYes lovely little circle sandwiches.
DeleteVery cool! The ladder is so cute! Did you make little round slices out of it? Holy cow, cute sandwiches! But er. It is a bit of a suggestive shape too. :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't been able to upload my link to the Illustration Friday website for the last two weeks. Has it changed somehow?
ReplyDeleteHi Claire
ReplyDeleteNice one - good idea, and you got 3 loaves out of it, by the sound of it. I've been trying to think of a different take on 'Hybrid', without much success as yet - but I haven't finished last week's word properly yet!!!
Don't think Illustration Friday has changed. Couldn't add Comment to your book competition entry, except on my blog - because I chickened out of Google Plussing.
This is AWESOME!!! Big smile on this end!! HUGE!!!

ReplyDelete. Try to call it fuel efficient. Hybrid cars, which combine the power of an electric motor with a gasoline engine, are often presented as a transitional technology that will eventually be supplanted by fuel cell cars.used car dealerships near me
